Administrative Conditions. 9.1 All applicants for a Job Share program will be provided a copy of this agreement at the time of application. 9.2 The Company agrees to provide the Union with a copy of all Job Share applications (and modifications thereto) at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the approval of said application. In no case shall a Job Share become operative before the requisite notice has been provided. During the ten-day notice period the Guild may object to the proposal.
