Common use of Administrative Processing Fee Clause in Contracts

Administrative Processing Fee. The Union agrees that the Town may charge an administrative processing fee as part of the billing rates charged to vendors for police detail services. The establishment of such a fee is within the sole purview of the Town, and will not reduce the hourly rate, as noted above, paid to IBPO employees.
