Administrative Reconsideration. Within seven (7) business days of being informed by the Contract Specialist that the proposer/respondent or awardee/contractor of its nonresponsive or noncompliant status, the firm may request administrative reconsideration. Since the ACDBELO does not have any role in the determination of nonresponsive/noncompliance determination issued by Contract Specialist, the ACDBELO shall serve as the Administrative Reconsideration Officer. As part of this reconsideration, the appellant will have the opportunity to provide written documentation or argument concerning the issue. The City will send the appellant a written decision on reconsideration, explaining the basis of the determination, which is final.
