Administrative Space Clause Samples

The "Administrative Space" clause defines the specific areas within a property that are designated for administrative or management purposes. Typically, this clause outlines which rooms or sections are reserved for activities such as property management, leasing, or building operations, and may specify access rights or usage restrictions for these spaces. By clearly identifying administrative areas, the clause helps prevent disputes over space usage and ensures that essential management functions can be carried out without interference from other tenants or occupants.
