Administrative Workweek Sample Clauses

Administrative Workweek. The administrative workweek begins at 12:01 a.m. Wednesday and ends at midnight on the following Tuesday.
Administrative Workweek. In accordance with Agency regulations, the administrative workweek will be a period of seven (7) consecutive calendar days, extending from 0001 on Sunday through 2400 on Saturday.

  • Flexible Working Hours The Employer will, where operational requirements and efficiency of the service permit, authorize experiments with flexible working hours if the Employer is satisfied that an adequate number of Employees have requested and wish to participate in such an experiment.

  • Regular Work Week The regular work week shall be any five (5) consecutive days, Sunday through Saturday, for a total regular work week of forty (40) working hours, subject to the applicable premiums where provided for in this Agreement. Notwithstanding the above, employees may volunteer to work schedules that fall outside of the regular work week of Sunday through Saturday and may do so, upon approval by the Company, and with no penalty cost to the Company, but with applicable premiums as provided for in this Agreement.

  • Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality limit, but the State must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the Demonstration. All such administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver, using “MA Demo” as the waiver name.
