Administrator/Chief Executive Officer/Chief Operating Officer. The Administrator/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Chief Operating Officer (COO) must fulfill the responsibilities of the position to oversee the entire operation of the MCO and have clear local authority over the general administration and implementation of all requirements set forth in this Agreement. The Administrator/CEO/COO must devote sufficient time to the MCO's operations to ensure adherence to program requirements and timely responses to ODM.

The Administrator/Chief Executive Officer (CEO)/Chief Operating Officer (COO) must fulfill the responsibilities of the position to oversee the entire operation of the OhioRISE Plan and have clear local authority over the general administration and Administrator/CEO/COO must have at least five years of experience with children's behavioral health services and devote full time/40 hours per week to the OhioRISE Plan's operations to ensure adherence to program requirements and timely responses to ODM. 2. The Administrator/CEO/COO may not be shared with or report to the CEO of an Ohio Medicaid MCO and/or MyCare vendor and must be authorized and empowered to represent the OhioRISE Plan in all matters pertaining to this Agreement.
