Common use of Administrator Evaluation Clause in Contracts

Administrator Evaluation. A. An Administrator shall have the right to see his/her evaluation reports and shall receive a copy of all evaluation reports. B. An Administrator shall have the right, upon request, to review the contents of his/her personnel C. The Administrator shall have the right to submit a written answer to material derogatory to an Administrator’s conduct, service, character or personality. D. All personnel shall be evaluated in accordance with the law.
