Common use of Administrator Clause in Contracts

Administrator. The Administrator is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Trust to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to this Agreement and the Basic Documents. Upon written request, the Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator its agent and attorney-in-fact to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.

Administrator. Upon written request, the Owner Trustee shall will execute and deliver to the Administrator a limited power of attorney appointing the Administrator its the Trust's agent and attorney-in-fact to prepare, or cause to be prepared, execute and deliver all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.

Upon written request, the Owner Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator its agent and attorney-in-fact to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.

Administrator. The Administrator is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions and to give such notices as it shall be the duty of the Trust to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to this Agreement and the Basic Documents. Upon written request, the Owner Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator Administrator, its agent and attorney-in-fact to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.

Administrator. The Transferor and Trustee acknowledge that the Administrator is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Trust to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to this Agreement and the Basic Related Documents. Upon written request, the Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator its agent and attorney-in-fact to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.

Administrator. The Administrator is authorized to execute on behalf of the Master Owner Trust all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Master Owner Trust to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to this Agreement and the Basic Issuer Documents. Upon written request, the Master Owner Trust Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator its as the Master Owner Trust's agent and attorney-in-fact to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.

Administrator. The Administrator is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Trust to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to this Agreement and the Basic Transaction Documents. Upon written request, the Owner Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator its agent and attorney-in-fact to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.

Administrator. The Administrator is authorized to execute on behalf of the Trust Issuing Entity all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions as it shall be the duty of the Trust Issuing Entity to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to this Agreement and the Basic Documents. Upon written request, the Owner Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator its as the Issuing Entity’s agent and attorney-in-fact to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.

Upon written request, the Master Owner Trust Trustee shall execute and deliver to the Administrator a power of attorney appointing the Administrator its as the Master Owner Trust’s agent and attorney-in-fact to execute all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions.
