Common use of Adopt an Accessibility Standard Clause in Contracts

Adopt an Accessibility Standard. Within 30 days of signing this Agreement, the Recipient will adopt a widely-accepted accessibility standard, such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), version 2.1, level AA, or another standard that requires an equivalent level of accessibility for people with disabilities.
