This Agreement shall not prevent City from adopting Future Land Use Regulations or amending Existing Land Use Regulations that are regional codes and are based on recommendations of a county or regional organization and become applicable throughout the region, such as the South Bay Cities Council of Governments, with the exception of any Future Land Use Regulations or amendments to Existing Land Use Regulations that will otherwise prohibit the uses or the density or intensity of uses, the maximum height or the design standards applicable to the Project or the Developer Property, that are allowed by this Agreement.
