Adoption of Policies and Procedures. The Boards of Directors of EPCO, EPE GP, EPD GP and TPP GP have adopted the Conflicts Policies and Procedures attached hereto as Exhibit B (the “Conflicts Policy”). EPCO agrees to, and agrees to use all reasonable efforts to cause its employees to, comply with the Conflicts Policy.
