Common use of ADV Disclosure Clause in Contracts

ADV Disclosure. The Adviser has provided the Trust with a copy of the Adviser’s Form ADV Part I, as most recently filed with the Commission, and the Adviser’s current Form ADV Part II and, promptly after filing any amendment to the Adviser’s Form ADV with the Commission updating the Adviser’s Form ADV Part II, shall furnish a copy of said amendments or updates to the Trust. The information contained in the Adviser’s Form ADV is accurate and complete in all material respects and does not omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which said statements were made, not misleading.

ADV Disclosure. The Adviser has provided the Trust with a complete copy of Part I of the Adviser’s Form ADV Part IADV, as most most-recently filed with the Commission, and with a complete copy of Part II of the Adviser’s current Form ADV Part II ADV, as most-recently updated, and, promptly after filing upon request of the Board, shall provide the board with any amendment to the Adviser’s Form ADV with the Commission updating or updates to Part II of the Adviser’s Form ADV Part II, shall furnish a copy of said amendments or updates to the TrustADV. The information contained in the Adviser’s Form ADV is accurate and complete in all material respects and does not omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in light of the circumstances under which said statements were made, not misleading.
