ADVANCE PAYMENT PROHIBITED. No advance payment shall be made for the Products and Services furnished by Contractor pursuant to this Contract. Notwithstanding the above, maintenance payments, if any, may be made on a quarterly basis at the beginning of each quarter. This language shall not prohibit Contractor from collecting advance payments from program participants as part of offender-funded programs, when contracted to do so with a Purchaser/Participating Entity.
