Common use of Advanced Annual Leave Clause in Contracts

Advanced Annual Leave. 1. A permanent employee who expects to remain in service through the leave year may request advancement of annual leave in an amount not to exceed that which the employee will accrue for the remainder of the leave year. The Employer may grant the request. 2. An employee who wishes to request advancement of annual leave shall submit through the Time and Attendance System and provide a written explanation of the reason for the request.
