Common use of Advanced Patch Management Clause in Contracts

Advanced Patch Management. All updates mentioned above under Basic Patch Management are planned and executed in agreement with the Customer. The Customer will indicate which individuals should be contacted in the event of an update. These individuals are notified at least 48 hours before performing the update and can, if necessary, postpone the update by agreeing to a new installation time with Combell. The activation of Advanced Patch Management must be expressly requested by the Customer.
