Advanced Payment. An employee can receive vacation pay up to one (1) week in advance of vacation leave subject to the following conditions: (i) The amount of vacation pay advance shall be in proportion to the number of vacation days to be taken. (ii) The minimum amount of leave for which advance payments may be made is one (1) week. For those employees whose entitlement is one week or less, the amount of pay advance shall be for the full time available to the employee.
