Common use of Advances on Disbursement Dates Clause in Contracts

Advances on Disbursement Dates. Borrower may request the making of Advances on any Disbursement Date. In the case of an Advance requested for the purpose of making any payment of the German Contract Price Eligible Portion or the Non-German Contract Price Eligible Portion, the amount of such Advance shall not be in excess of the amount set forth adjacent to the applicable Designated Disbursement Date on the Disbursement Schedule. In no event shall Borrower request more than one Advance per calendar month; provided that Borrower may request two Advances in a calendar month for not more than three calendar months occurring in a calendar year.
