Advancing Sick Leave. In addition to the sick leave already accumulated, an employee may receive, with pay, and if the employee’s record so warrants, an extension of sick leave, not to exceed ten (10) days. The Department Head must recommend such an extension to the Village Administrator who shall make such a recommendation to the Mayor for final determination.
