Adverse Change of Circumstances. Notwithstanding the foregoing paragraph, in the event of any major, involuntary, and adverse change of medical or financial circumstances rendering the non-payment of alimony by one Party to the other Party inequitable, there shall be an appropriate revision of the alimony provisions of this Agreement. The Parties shall make a good faith effort to reach mutual agreement on any such revisions. If they are unable to agree, the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the status of any other provision in this Agreement, this paragraph shall survive and remain as an independent contract between the Parties.
