In addition to the updates described in Section 4.2.1 above, each Party shall provide the JDMC with all Adverse Event information and product complaint information relating to Products as compiled and prepared in the normal course of business in connection with the Development, Marketing or sale of any Product, within time frames consistent with reporting obligations under Applicable Law.
