Common use of Adverse Judgment Clause in Contracts

Adverse Judgment. One or more final judgments or decrees (other than judgments or decrees against any Subsidiary which is an insurance company in the ordinary course of business) shall be entered against the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries involving, in the aggregate, a liability (not covered by collectible insurance or indemnification) of $10,000,000 or more and all such judgments or decrees shall not have been vacated, satisfied, discharged or stayed or bonded pending appeal within ten (10) consecutive days from the entry thereof.
