Adverse Selection Procedure. The Servicer, the Seller and the Depositor will not use any Adverse Selection Procedure in selecting Contracts to be transferred to the Indenture Trustee from the outstanding contracts that qualify under the Sale and Allocation Agreement for inclusion in the Trust.
