Common use of Adverse Selection Procedure Clause in Contracts

Adverse Selection Procedure. AmeriCredit, the Servicer, the Custodian, the Sellers and the Debtor shall not use any adverse selection procedure in selecting Receivables to be transferred to the Collateral from the outstanding Receivables that qualify under the Security Agreement or Servicing and Custodian Agreement for inclusion in the Collateral.
