Common use of Advertisement of Leased Property Clause in Contracts

Advertisement of Leased Property. In the event the parties hereto have not executed a renewal Lease within 120 days prior to the expiration of this Lease, or Tenant has not exercised its Option to Purchase, then Landlord or its agent shall have the right to enter the Leased Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of exhibiting the Leased Property to others and to place upon the Leased Property for and during the period commencing 120 days prior to the expiration of this Lease, "for sale" or "for rent" notices or signs.
