ADVERTISING PROVIDER Requests for Additional Designated Areas. ADVERTISING PROVIDER may identify additional locations and request, in writing, that such locations be added to the Designated Areas. The Director of Public Works, or her designee, in her sole discretion, shall approve or disapprove any proposed additional areas so long as the addition of such additional area does not result in a 15% or greater increase in either the Annual License Fee or MAG. If the Director of Public Works or his/her designee approves additional Designated Areas for indoor or outdoor advertising, ADVERTISING PROVIDER shall submit a plan for development and implementation (the "Development Plan" as further described in Section 8 below) of Advertising Structure(s) for the additional Designated Areas within thirty (30) days of CITY’s notice of approval, unless some other period of time is agreed to in writing. The plan shall be subject to the requirements of Section 18.14.130 (Signs) of the Anaheim Municipal Code. ADVERTISING PROVIDER agrees to work diligently towards design approval and installation of the new Advertising Structure(s) and to pay all costs required to design and install such Advertising Structure(s) in the new areas.
