Common use of Advice Clause in Contracts

Advice. The Trustee may act on the opinion or advice of, or information obtained from, any expert, lawyer or other professional and shall not be responsible to anyone for any loss occasioned by so acting. Any such opinion, advice or information may be sent or obtained by letter or fax and the Trustee shall not be liable to anyone for acting in good faith on any opinion, advice or information purporting to be conveyed by such means even if it contains some error or is not authentic.

Advice. The Trustee may act on the opinion or advice of, or information obtained from, any expert, lawyer or other professional expert and shall not be responsible to anyone for any loss occasioned by so acting. The Trustee may act on upon the professional opinion or advice ofof any legal counsel, engineer, accountant, or information obtained from, any other expert, lawyer reasonably believed by the Trustee to be qualified in relation to the subject matter, whether retained by the Trustee or other professional and shall not be responsible to anyone for any loss occasioned by so acting. Any such opinionthe Issuer or otherwise, advice or information may be sent or obtained by letter or fax and the Trustee shall not be liable to anyone responsible for acting anything suffered or done or not done by it in good faith on in accordance with any opinion, advice such opinion or information purporting to be conveyed by such means even if it contains some error or is not authenticadvice.
