Common use of Adviser’s Fee Clause in Contracts

Adviser’s Fee. For the services and facilities described in Sections 1 and 2, the Fund shall pay the Adviser, at the end of each calendar month, investment management fees, computed at the annual rate of .15% of average daily net assets.

Adviser’s Fee. For the services and facilities described in Sections 1 and 2, the Fund shall pay the Adviser, at the end of each calendar month, investment management fees, computed at the annual rate of .15.50% of average daily net assets.
