ADVISOR RECOMMENDATIONS. Hostos Community College students who plan to transfer into the BA degree in Area Studies/Latin American and Latino Studies Concentration at City College are advised to strictly follow the Program Requirements and Program Electives listed in the proposal to satisfy the requirements for the Associates degree in Liberal Arts/Latina/o, Latin American, and Caribbean Studies option at HCC and to ensure that the maximum number of credits and required coursework are transferred to satisfy the Area Studies/Latin American and Latino Studies Concentration requirements at CCNY.
