Advisory Nature of Extra-DDP Selection Committees. The parties agree that nothing in this sub-article will be interpreted in such a manner as to confer, intentionally or unintentionally, the authority for hiring decisions to governance bodies such as the Faculty Education Committee. In accordance with Article 5 of the Agreement, the parties agree that the final decision-making authority for hiring rests with the College.
