Common use of Affidavit of Commencement Clause in Contracts

Affidavit of Commencement. If requested by Lender in connection with any Home, Borrower will record an affidavit of commencement (“Affidavit of Commencement”) in the appropriate records of the county where the Home is located, in a form reasonably acceptable to Lender. The Affidavit of Commencement must not state a commencement date or be recorded before the applicable Deed of Trust is recorded.
