Common use of Affidavit of Commencement Clause in Contracts

Affidavit of Commencement. Borrower has filed in the appropriate records of the county in which the Land is situated, an Affidavit of Commencement ("Affidavit of Commencement"), substantially in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, duly executed by Borrower and Contractor. The date of commencement of work set forth in such Affidavit of Commencement shall not be the date of or prior to the date on which the Deed of Trust was recorded.
