Affiliated MP Site Infrastructure Clause Samples

The 'Affiliated MP Site Infrastructure' clause defines the responsibilities and requirements related to the physical and technical infrastructure at sites operated by affiliated marketplace partners (MPs). This clause typically outlines what infrastructure components—such as network connectivity, hardware, or security systems—must be provided, maintained, or upgraded by the affiliated MP to support the services or operations specified in the agreement. By clearly allocating responsibility for site infrastructure, the clause ensures operational readiness and minimizes disputes over infrastructure shortcomings that could impact service delivery.
