Common use of Affirmation and Consent Clause in Contracts

Affirmation and Consent. The Administrative Agent shall have received an Affirmation and Consent, dated as of the Second Amendment Effective Date, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, duly executed and delivered by each of the Obligors (other than the Borrower).
