Common use of Affirmative Action Clause in Contracts

Affirmative Action. The State agrees to have a designee from each Agency meet, upon specific request, with the SEIU Local 503, OPEU Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity Committee to present and discuss their affirmative action plan including, but not limited to, efforts to recruit, retain, and promote minorities, women, and people with disabilities.
