Affirmative Covenants Other Than Reporting Requirements. Without limiting any other covenants and provisions hereof, the Borrower covenants and agree that, so long as any Loan or Letter of Credit is outstanding or this Agreement remains in effect:

Without limiting any other covenants and provisions hereofhereof or of any of the Related Documents, the Borrower covenants and agree that, agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for so long as any Loan or (i) the Letter of Credit is outstanding or and/or (ii) any Indebtedness of the Borrower to the Bank under this Agreement or any Related Document remains in effect:unpaid: (a)
