Afl Rules. (a) Each of the Parties agree that the AFL Rules and AFLW Rules are necessary and reasonable and have been established for the proper protection of the legitimate interests of AFL. (b) AFLPA and each Player it represents agrees with AFL that any restrictions contained in the AFL Rules and AFLW Rules, including without limitation, restrictions on the freedom of Players to transfer from one Club to another, and restrictions on the AFL and AFLW Total Player Payments for each Club, are necessary and reasonable for the purpose of protecting the legitimate interests of AFL, the Clubs and the AFL and AFLW Competitions.
