After-Hours Time Sample Clauses

After-Hours Time. In the event that required meetings extend beyond the workday, such after-hours time shall be compensated by per diem. After-hours times shall be earned when the employee works outside the contract day on required projects, committee work, or participates in parent teacher conferences, IEP or Section 504 meetings, mutually agreed to by the employee and building administrator. Parties shall agree to the meetings in advance. School Improvement Plan (SIP) and curriculum work shall be paid at per diem.
