Common use of Against Encumbrances Clause in Contracts

The Authority will not make any pledge or assignment of or place any charge or lien upon the Revenues except as provided in Section 5.01, and will not issue any bonds, notes or obligations payable from the Revenues or secured by a pledge of or charge or lien upon the Revenues except as provided in Section 3.04.
