Common use of Against Encumbrances Clause in Contracts

The District will not encumber, pledge or place any charge or lien upon any of the Special Tax Revenues, or other amounts pledged to the Bonds and Additional Bonds superior to or on a parity with the pledge and lien herein created for the benefit of the Bonds and Additional Bonds, except as permitted by this Agreement.
