Common use of Age and Account Set-Up Clause in Contracts

You represent that the Service will be installed and used solely in your residence and not in any commercial, retail or other business location (other than a home office in your residence), unless specifically agreed to in writing by Millry. You represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You agree that you are responsible for obtaining the initial installation services for the Equipment from a Millry-authorized installer and for verifying and maintaining the account, options, settings and other parameters under which the Service is used, including (without limitation) all related passwords and user identification information.
