Age Limitations Sample Clauses

The Age Limitations clause sets a minimum or maximum age requirement for individuals who may participate in or benefit from an agreement, service, or product. Typically, this clause specifies that only persons above a certain age—such as 18 or 21—are eligible, and may require proof of age before access is granted. Its core function is to ensure compliance with legal regulations, protect minors, and limit liability by restricting access to age-appropriate parties.
