Common use of Agent Acceptances Clause in Contracts

Agent Acceptances. On the basis of the representations and warranties and subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, each Agent severally and not jointly hereby agrees, as agent of the Company, to use reasonable efforts when requested by the Company to solicit and receive offers to purchase Notes upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
