Common use of Agent and Arranger Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5, 2007, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5November 30, 20072005, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the ArrangerArrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger Arrangers pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5August 8, 20072008, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain fee letter agreement dated June 5April 25, 20072002, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent “Annual Administrative Agent’s Fee” and the Arranger pursuant to “Arrangement Fee,” respectively, in the amounts and at the times as set forth in that certain letter agreement dated June 5October 16, 20072002 (the “Fee Letter”), the provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein, or in the case of the Annual Administrative Agent’s Fee, as otherwise agreed in writing from time to timetime by Borrower and Agent.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower Each Borrower, on a joint and several basis, agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the BorrowerBorrowers, the Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5February 6, 2007, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time2004 (the “Fee Letter”).

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the ArrangerArrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger Arrangers pursuant to that those certain fee letter agreement agreements dated June 5January 21, 2007, 2020 or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5January 16, 2007, 2003 or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5October 14, 2007, 2004 or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the ArrangerArrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent Agent, Bank of America, N.A. and the Arranger Arrangers pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5August 26, 20072003, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5December 22, 20072004, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent Agent, and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5February 22, 20072008, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent Agent, and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5as of February 23, 20072021, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5November 27, 2007, 2006 or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the ArrangerArrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arranger Arrangers pursuant to that these certain fee letter agreement agreements, each dated June 5October 17, 20072008, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and the Arranger, for their own respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Agent and the Arranger Arranger, pursuant to that certain the letter agreement dated June 5May 4, 20072005, among such parties or as otherwise agreed in writing to from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees Borrowers jointly and severally agree to pay to the Administrative Agent and the ArrangerLead Arrangers, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the BorrowerBorrowers, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger Lead Arrangers pursuant to that those certain letter agreement agreements dated June 5July 19, 20072013,June 27, 2016, among the applicable parties or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated June 5December 4, 20072003, or as otherwise agreed in writing from time to time.
