Common use of Agent and Arranger Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Company agrees to pay to the Agent and each Arranger, for their respective accounts, the agent and arranger fees agreed to by the Borrowers, the Agent and the Arrangers pursuant to the letter agreements dated June 13, 2005, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Company Borrower agrees to pay to the Agent and each the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the agent and arranger fees agreed to by the BorrowersBorrower, the Agent and the Arrangers Arranger pursuant to the that certain fee letter agreements dated June 13July 22, 20052002, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Company agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent and each the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the agent and arranger fees agreed to by the BorrowersCompany, the Administrative Agent and the Arrangers Arranger pursuant to the that certain letter agreements agreement dated June July 13, 2005, 2001 or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Company agrees to pay to the Agent and each the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the agent and arranger fees agreed to by the BorrowersCompany, the Agent Agent, and the Arrangers Arranger pursuant to the that certain letter agreements agreement dated June 13October 11, 20052007, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Company agrees to pay to the Agent and each the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the agent and arranger fees agreed to by the BorrowersCompany, the Agent and the Arrangers Arranger pursuant to the fee letter agreements agreement, dated June 13the date hereof (as amended, 2005amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Fee Letter”), or as otherwise agreed from time to time.

The Company agrees to pay to the Agent and each the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the agent and arranger fees agreed to by the BorrowersCompany, the Agent and the Arrangers pursuant to the letter agreements dated June 13, 2005, or as otherwise agreed Arranger from time to time.
