Common use of Agent and Arranger Fees Clause in Contracts

Agent and Arranger Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay to the ----------------------- Syndication Agent and the Arranger, for their respective accounts, the fees agreed to by the Borrower, the Syndication Agent and the Arranger pursuant to that certain letter agreement dated September 15, 2000, or as otherwise agreed from time to time.
