Common use of Agent and Security Agent Clause in Contracts

Agent and Security Agent. s management time and additional remuneration Any amount payable to the Agent under Clause 14.3 (Indemnity to the Agent) or to the Security Agent under Clause 14.4 (Indemnity to the Security Agent) or to either of them under this Clause 16 or Clause 25.10 (Lenders’ indemnity to the Agent) shall include the reasonable cost of utilising the management time or other resources of the Agent or the Security Agent (as the case may be) and will be calculated on the basis of such reasonable daily or hourly rates as the Agent or the Security Agent may notify to the Borrower and the Lenders, and is in addition to any other fee paid or payable to the Agent or the Security Agent.
