Common use of Agent, Issuing Banks and Swing Line Lender Clause in Contracts

Agent, Issuing Banks and Swing Line Lender. No amendment, waiver or consent given or effected pursuant to this Section 10.01 shall, unless in writing and signed by the Agent, each Issuing Bank or the Swing Line Lender, as the case may be, in addition to the Lenders required above to take such action, affect the rights, obligations or duties of the Agent, such Issuing Bank or Swing Line Lender, as the case may be, under this Agreement.
