Common use of Agent of Service Clause in Contracts

Agent of Service. Without prejudice to any other mode of service allowed under any relevant law, each Borrower (other than the Parent) hereby irrevocably appoints LivaNova PLC, at c/o Legalinx Limited, ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, London EC4A 1BR, United Kingdom as its agent of service for the purposes of accepting service on its behalf of any writ, notice, order, judgement or other legal process (and the Parent accepts that appointment). Each Borrower (other than the Parent) agrees that failure by a process agent to notify it of the process will not invalidate the proceedings concerned.
