Common use of Agent Records Clause in Contracts

Agent Records. Agent shall keep correct accounts and records of all business transacted and monies collected, which shall be open at all times to inspection and an examination by GWIC’s authorized representatives. Agent shall make and transmit to GWIC such reports in writing, as may be required by GWIC.

Agent Records. Agent shall keep correct accounts and records of all business transacted (including, but not limited to, ledgers, correspondence, and other records pertaining to this Agreement and any activities conducted pursuant to this Agreement) and monies collected, which shall be open at all times to inspection and an examination audit by GWIC’s authorized representativesrepresentatives or any of its reinsurers, regardless of any termination of this Agreement. Agent shall make and transmit to GWIC such reports in writing, as may be required by GWIC.
