Common use of Agent Termination Clause in Contracts

Agent Termination. Agent may, without cause, terminate this Contract anytime during the term of the Contract by providing a minimum of thirty (30) days notice by registered mail, return receipt requested, to the Association. On termination, the parties hereto shall account to each other with respect to all matters outstanding as of the date of termination.
